This is Elizabeth Phillips eating the last drops of ice cream while at Roxie's Road Ice Cream cafe in Carthage. Roxie is Elizabeth's aunt and there was just a scoop of ice cream left in the bottom of the bucket. Roxie gave Elizabeth the bucket and this is how she decided to get the ice cream out.
