A couple friends and I went up Cascade & Porter Mountain in the Adirondacks. We started the ascent around 6:50p.m, so we had to really hike fast. We got the the summit of Cascade at 8:10 p.m, and then backtracked to Porter Mountain. We got to the summit of Porter at 8:50. The first two pictures were from the top of Cascade, and the final picture is from the top of Porter Mountain, as the sun was going down. Each mountain summit reached around 4100ft. We then journeyed down in the dark and came out to the main road around 10:10. Absolutely amazing experience.
