Tanner Sean Jay, age 4, comes to the rescue as a fireman for Halloween. Tanner's driving a ladder truck complete with working light, ladder, and a secret candy storage compartment in the hood of the tuck! Tanner came up with the idea for the costume and his Gammie and Grandpie Jay made it a reality!
