Lewis County Hospice is sponsoring a workshop entitled “Handling the Holidays”. This video program features Darcie Sims, Ph.D., a bereaved parent and child, a licensed psychotherapist and she is an internationally recognized speaker and an editor for Grief Digest.

If someone is missing from your family this holiday season and you aren't quite sure what to do with the empty chair, this video is for you. It is filled with warm emotion, clear, concise information about grief, and coping tips to help you through the holidays.
The Lowville Town Hall Theater, located at 5428 Shady Avenue in Lowville, NY has agreed to allow the use of their theater for this Hospice Workshop. This event is open to community members who are grieving the loss of a loved one as well as to professionals and those that want to know how to support others in their grief.
