My husband and I are expecting our first child in June! Exciting time? Yes! However, our black lab is, apparently, already jealous and decided to chew the wicker (I know, old school) portion of both of our couches. On top of the couches being absolutely hideous and destroyed, they are extremely uncomfortable! We would really like something that we can comfortably sit on and cherish our newest addition. Plus, I can't imagine that wicker sticking out all over the place and exposed wood posts are safe for any child, let alone a newborn (I'm sure we will learn quickly what busy bodies they are!). Right now we just don't have the money to replace our current furniture. Most of our "extra" money is going toward things for the baby (and there are a LOT of things that are needed!) We could really use some new furniture and would greatly appreciate all the votes we can get!
