Last year Dorothy and Toto made their way from Kansas to attend the United Helpers’ Oktoberfest Costumed Prediction Run/Walk along with over 80 other participants.
On Sunday, October 28 The Society of the United Helpers invites all walkers and runners to enjoy some family fun with the 2nd Annual Oktoberfest Costumed Prediction Run/Walk. Registration will begin at 9 am at the Remington Community Trail at Partridge Run Golf Course on Sullivan Drive in Canton with walkers at 9:30 and runners at 10 am.
Participants are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costumes and predict their time. Actual distance of the race will be announced at registration. Prizes will be given to the top 3 males and top 3 females that are the closest to their predicted time. Pre-register by October 10th and a long sleeved t-shirt will be guaranteed with your entry fee. Cost is $15 per person. Children 12 and under are free without a t-shirt. Refreshments will be served before and after the race. Goody bags will be provided for the children, as well as biscuits for those who bring dogs.
