On Saturday, December 8th, Rhonda's FooteWorks will present A Holiday Surprise for Team Joey.
The dance studio's annual Holiday productions will be held in the auditorium of the Dulles State Office Building.
At 5:00 p.m., the studio's youngest dancers will present a pre-show, "Santa's Workshop". After the show, there will be a visit from Santa and time to visit the Candy Land Lobby where there will be a silent auction.
The main show opens at 7:30 p.m., featuring Outreach Company dancers. "A Holiday Surprise" brings dance, voice and acting to the stage as the dancers tell the story of Katie, a young girl visiting New York City for the first time with her family. When they get separated, we join Katie in her adventures in the City as she tries to reunite with her family.
There is no admission charge for the day of family entertainment. Donations will be accepted for Joey Goutremout, a twelve year old from Dexter who is battling Lymphoma. All proceeds from the Silent Auction will also benefit Joey.
Commemorative ornaments and candy will be sold in the lobby to benefit Rhonda's FooteWorks' scholarship fund.
