Watertown dance studio, Rhonda's FooteWorks, welcomes Mia Jiminez-Cruz to its faculty. Mia will specialize in contemporary dance and hip hop for intermediate and advanced dancers at the local studio. Studio Director, Rhonda Foote, says that Ms. Jiminez-Cruz will be a part time faculty member for the remainder of the 2013-14 season and will be instructing summer intensives and will be full time for the studio's 2014-15 season. Mia's training includes the Las Vegas Contemporary Dance Theater, University of Las Vegas Dance Program and Las Vegas Academy of International Arts. Her performance resume includes Las Vegas Contemporary Dance Theater, Korean National Sport University, International Association of Blacks in Dance Solo Performer in a concert including major dance companies such as Alvin Ailey, Dallas Black, Cleo Parker Dance Theatre, and others. She has a vast teaching resume and the studio is pleased to bring her on board. Ms. Jiminez-Cruz will be offering weekend workshops throughout the remainder of Rhonda's FooteWorks season.
