After we dropped off our 3 year old granddaughter home in Maryland during winter break, my husband and I went to Atlantic City via the Lewes- Cape May Ferry. It was a wonderful 80 minute ride across the Delaware Bay to New Jersey. There were some rain clouds, but the sun was trying to sneak through. It was beautiful the way the rays were coming through the dark clouds and hitting the water.

Atlantic City is a geat place to spend the summer ,I remember the smell of the salt in the summer breeze. playing in the sand. Now we take my children and grandchildren. I enjoy telling my family all about the trips on the ferry,enjoy the beaches.
