Letter from the planning board to the town board "drop the wind law"


CAPE VINCENTS PLANNING BOARD CHAIRMAN RICHARD EDSALL's remarks don't add up. His letter differs from his public statments. How can he be trusted? What is the truth Mr. Edsall?

Continued from first post "...No change to the current Zoning Laws are necessary at this time. We propose that the Town abandon its efforts to amend the current Zoning Law. Sincerely, Richard J. Edsall, ..."

The letter says: "The Town of Cape Vincent Planning Board passed a Resolution, by 5-0 in favor vote, that the current Zoning Law is sufficient to properly sit any personal or commercial wind turbine in the Town of Cape Vincent. (cont. next post)
