Jerry is a first time Daddy. His daughter was born on March 4, 2009 and was immediately transferred up to the NICU due to a defect called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. His daughter spent 55 days at the NICU and underwent two surgerys and was intubated for 26 days. Jerry is the best Daddy simply because he was strong for Mommy and his daughter Kayla. He was always positive and always there! Thanks Jerry! We love you!
