1 yr. ago June 9th I adopted GUS from humane society in Lowville N.Y. He was a mess and underweight. One leg is shorter than the rest because he was hit by a car and had no treatment so the leg healed wrong. I cleaned gus up. he has gained weight. When I 1st brought gus home I took gus to the vets had gus neutered and examined. Gus weigh 76lbs he needed to put some weight on . Gus now weighs 105. Gus is very happy now still a little skiddish. Gus has aniexty seperation. Gus is right behind me every step I take. Gus is my child he goes to work with me and loves to ride in the car and see my parents.
Rescued with a great ending

It's amazing that Gus is still so affectionate after what happened to him, most people would be scarred. He's a little skittish sometimes, but very kind and patient. He's got a lotta heart, that dog!
