I'm Chopper and I'm a Hairless Chinese Crested. I was born last July in Massena. I have no hair except on my head, tail, and paws. I have to wear clothes in the winter and sunscreen in the summer. Among my obvious problems I only have 10 teeth, my tongue hangs out of my mouth, I'm pigeon-toed, and I could go on but I won't.
