Rhonda's FooteWorks will present a family fitness and dance demonstration and hold registration on Sat., 8/29 from 9 til noon at the Lowville Family Fit Fair held at the Lewis co. Fair grounds.
Dance is a great way to get/stay fit and have fun at the same time.
