It is ugly inside and out! Before we got this couch we hadn't one for about 3 years and were in bad need of one due to lack of places to sit. My sister picked this lovely piece of junk out from the affordable furniture auction I believe around March this year for 80 dollars supposedly "brand new" and we had no idea what it looked like when we got it she just thought it was a good deal so she called our mom and told her the info on the couch and she was like "heck yeah get it!" not knowing how horrible it was obviously because who can pass up an 80 dollar brand new couch right? Especially when we didn't have a spare 500-700 dollars to spend on one. Plus the ends recline and our mom has degenerative disk disease and severe arthritis and cant lay/sleep in a bed because if she does she cant get up because her back hurts her so bad and since her lift chair was and still is broken she was even more exited about getting a non expensive new couch with reclining ends. Well when we saw it sitting in front of our house about 45 minutes later we were very displeased with what we were staring at. It was ripped in 2 spots when we got it, the rips are much bigger now and are getting even worse from use, the end on the right side got broken in the moving process as well. It is also a MAJOR couch monster!! It practically eats everything but the people sitting on it!! And since there is no block in between the seats everything naturally falls to the floor causing us to have to lift it up every time something falls. There aren't even real cushions just foam with material sewn on and the reclining portions of the couch are extremely hard to operate while putting it down which makes it extra hard on my mom when she gets up in the morning. It is VERY cheaply made. And we are forced to use it because we cant afford a new one and wouldn't dare get rid of it until we could. Yes i admit it is better than sitting on the floor or in a kitchen chair but it is defiantly one of the worst!!! We sooooo did not get our moneys worth and would love to have a new one that is comfortable and pleasant to look at aswell.
