When I got home from my daughter's dress rehearsal for her Christmas concert today, I noticed some wild turkeys hanging out in our side yard looking kinda guilty. I stayed in the garage and opened the mandoor to spy on them. Within a few minutes they were running towards one of our flowering crab trees at the end of the driveway. I took a video with my other camera which I can't upload to this site. Then I got my digital camera and took some pics and this rough video of the birds. The small winter birds usually love the leftover crab apples but this is the first time I've seen the big birds taking advantage of a nice little snack! {The other video is much better quality, you may get a little seasick in this clip.}
