Three of Rhonda's FooteWorks' Senior Company dancers won scholarships at the Access Broadway Regional workshops in Syracuse last weekend.
The dancers took classes throughout the weekend in tap, ballet, hip hop, acting, broadway dance and video shoot with professional dancers and performers.
The weekend culminated in a professionally run audition. The three dancers were 3 of 6 chosen from over 30 dancers in the audition.
Ashley Adams, Carthage High School; Sidney Black, Indian River Middle School and Isabelle Marsala, Case Jr High School, were scholarship winners.
The scholarship entitles the girls to attend next year's workshop on scholarship and guarantees them a professional audition in television, stage, or video in the next year.
All three girls are senior company dancers at Rhonda's FooteWorks under the direction of Rhonda Foote.
Rhonda's FooteWorks is located in Evans Mills, Lowville and Gouverneur. Summer registration opens May 1st. Visit www.rhondasfooteworks.com for further information.
