Two of my brothers tap the sugar bush on Shaw Hill (Erie Canal Road, Watson), which once belonged to my grandfather, and then my 2 uncles. When you see how much work goes into maple syrup it gives you a whole new appreciation for it. My brothers are Tom and Jeff Zehr and they are the best guys!
