Rachael Giargiano, Michelle Gillette and Kimberly Lockwood of Watertown just returned from a Zumba training workshop in Wilkes Barre, PA. All 3 are now licensed to teach Zumba classes throughout northern NY. Zumba is a latin dance based fitness class that is a great workout and LOTS of fun. The girls can't wait to spread zumba love in NNY!
