With 13 goals and 10 assists, freshman Alyssa Cristaldi (North Syracuse, NY) of the Clarkson University Women's Lacrosse team was an easy choise as Liberty League Offensive Performer of the Week, marking the third time she has gained a weekly all-star selection.
Cristaldi, who shared the honor with a player from Union College, scored nine points in a lopsided win over Morrisville State, produced 10 points in a one-goal loss to Vassar, and added four more points in a defeat against Rensselaer.
For the season, Cristaldi leads the conference by a wide margin in points with 62, tying for the single-season record at Clarkson. She also ranks second in goals with 41 and third in assists with 21. Her 21 assists are also tied for the single-season record at Clarkson.
The Golden Knights have three games remaining in the regular season, with their final home game of the season taking place on Tuesday when the team hosts St. Lawrence University.
