Ogdensburg - Patricia Tharrett and Trent Worden, physical therapists for United Helpers, have earned their doctorate degrees from Clarkson University.
“Getting my doctorate has been one of my personal goals,” says Trent Worden, therapist at the United Helpers Ogdensburg Campus. “The process was very rewarding and the critical thinking skills that are developed throughout the coursework are invaluable.” Worden is a native of Ogdensburg, NY. He graduated from Clarkson University, where he earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2004 and his Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2001. Worden has a strong clinic interest in geriatric wellness and has been employed as a physical therapist with the United Helpers organization since 2004.
Tharrett, a therapist at the United Helpers Maplewood Campus in Canton, NY had similar comments to share. “I feel personally that I am a better resource and, as a result, I am better able to serve my patients.”
Tharrett resides in Potsdam, NY. She received her Master of Science in Health Education from Russell Sage Graduate School, Troy, NY in 1996; and is a graduate of the Clarkson University, where she earned a second Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. In addition, Tharrett holds two Bachelor’s degrees: one in Health & Wellness, the second in Physical Education. She also has a strong clinical interest in geriatric wellness has worked with the United Helpers organization since 2007.
United Helpers offers rehabilitative services at new sub acute rehabilitation suites on the Ogdensburg and Maplewood Campus in Canton.
