WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - The Watertown YMCA and Samaritan Medical Center are teaming up for a program designed to help Parkinson's sufferers.
Participant Fran King and the YMCA's Steve Rowell talked about the Balanced Boxing Program during Samaritan's Morning Checkup segment on 7 News This Morning.

You don't have to be a Parkison's patient to participate. The program helps people with agility and balance.
There's a demonstration of the program at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 30 at Samaritan Summit Village.
The program is taught at the Fairgrounds YMCA on Mondays and Thursdays. It's free for members.
