Clayton man allegedly drives at nearly 100 mph with woman & baby in car

HOUNSFIELD, N.Y. (WWNY) - A Clayton man is accused of forcing a woman into a car Sunday evening and driving recklessly with both her and a baby inside.
Jefferson County sheriff's deputies say 22 year old David Cundall allegedly grabbed the woman by the waist and shoved her inside the vehicle after she tried to leave to get help.
He allegedly slammed the door on her ankle while forcing her inside.
Deputies say he drove recklessly at speeds close to 100 miles an hour on County Route 66 in the town of Hounsfield with both the woman and a 9 month old child inside the vehicle.
Cundall was charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment, two counts of reckless endangerment, second-degree harassment, and endangering the welfare of a child.
He also faces charges of third-degree robbery and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
