WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Motorists will be able to use the temporary bridge on Arsenal Street early next week. That's according to the state Department of Transportation.
DOT spokesperson Mike Flick said crews expect to open the temporary span to traffic Monday or Tuesday.
He said drivers should pay attention and slow down due to the changes in the traffic pattern.
The temporary span will be used while crews work on the $8.3 million replacement bridge.
Flick said construction is expected to be finished by December.
