WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Drivers are expected to be able to use the temporary bridge on Watertown’s Arsenal Street starting early this week.
State Department of Transportation spokesperson Mike Flick said crews expect to open the temporary span to traffic Monday or Tuesday.
The temporary span will be used while crews work on the $8.3 million replacement bridge.
Flick said drivers should pay attention and slow down due to the changes in the traffic pattern.
Flick said construction is expected to be finished by December.
