Governor Cuomo says the person who recently made a social media post encouraging violence at Watertown’s upcoming Pride celebration should be prosecuted "to the fullest extent of the law”:
You can not put someone in jail over something they have not done.
Inciting others to violence is a chargeable offense.
The only thing that could be done is for the police and the community keep a vigilant eye on him.
The former St. Lawrence County jail cook who admitted to having sex with inmates was sentenced today to weekends in jail and probation:
I don’t agree with the sex offender tag she has to register as...She is guilty of making a bad decision and not respecting herself enough.
She should have gotten more time in jail!
