OGDENSBURG, N.Y. (WWNY) - Graveside services for Jeffrey D. Kinch, age 61 of Ogdensburg will be held at 11:00am on Friday (June 14, 2019) at the Pine Hill Cemetery, Eel Weir with Rev. Walter Smith officiating.
Mr. Kinch passed away on Tuesday (June 11, 2019) at the United Helpers Nursing Home.
Surviving are two sons Jeffrey Kinch & his wife Missy of Theresa and Howard Kinch & his wife Libby of Russell; a sister Rae Ann Davis & her husband Norris of Dekalb Jct; step-brother Gilbert Streeter & his wife Brenda of Gouverneur; step-sisters Diane Risley of Gouverneur, Sherry Kelley & her husband Tom of Degrass and Cindy Denesha of Gouverneur; grandchildren Matthew, Anthony & Hailey Kinch; great-grandchild Azariah Kinch along with grandchildren and several nieces, nephews & cousins.
A granddaughter Chantal Kinch predeceased him.
Jeff was born on November 23, 1957 in Ogdensburg NY, a son of Raymond & Frieda (Bice) Kinch. He attended Ogdensburg Free Academy and graduated from Gouverneur High School. He later married Tina Gotham, she predeceased him.
During his career he worked at the Grain Mills in Gouverneur and farmed until he became disabled. Jeffrey enjoyed cooking, fishing, drawing and gardening. He had an amazing ability of remembering dates and numbers, and had a good sense of humor. Jeffrey loved his family and they loved him.
