WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - The north country's busiest bridge has a new traffic pattern.
It’s the temporary bridge on Arsenal Street in Watertown.
State crews have worked for the past few weeks, building the temporary bridge next to the actual one.
As of Wednesday, that temporary bridge is open.
The state will now start the $8.3 million bridge replacement project. That work is expected to be finished by the end of the year.
