LISBON, N.Y. (WWNY) - From not playing at all to making it to the state Final Four, the Lisbon baseball team is the Cinderella story for this high school sports season.
The team certainly has made a mark after a two-year hiatus.
The Golden Knights have put together a 13-3 record, despite being a young team.
"I think having them play against older kids growing up in the U10, U12, U14 age groups has allowed them to mature and make them more competitive at this level," coach Dave Gravelin said.
You can hear more from the coach in the video, along with players Jackson Larock, Ben Larock, and Austin Bleau.
