ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. (WWNY) - In the town of Lisbon, a familiar face is looking to become town supervisor.
Former Ogdensburg Mayor Bill Nelson is challenging incumbent supervisor Jim Armstrong on two lines: the Republican line, and Conservative line.
With 100 percent of the vote, Nelson is the unofficial winner of the Republican and Conservative primaries.
There was also a Republican primary for Ogdensburg City Council. Four candidates were on the ballot.
Voters chose Steven Fisher, David Price and William Dillabough as the three Republicans who will move on to November.
Two Democrats will join the race and a number of the candidates have secured other party lines.
