TOWN OF MASSENA, N.Y. (WWNY) - State police have arrested a man and his daughter for allegedly staging a robbery at knifepoint Tuesday night.

Authorities say 48 year old Gerald Dissotle and his daughter, 27 year old Patience Dissotle, robbed a man at 170 Highland Rd. just before 10 p.m., taking more than $200 and a cell phone.

Gerald Dissotle is charged with 1st degree robbery, unlawful imprisonment, and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree. He’s held in St. Lawrence County jail without bail.

Patience Dissotle is accused of 1st degree robbery. She was sent to St. Lawrence County jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
