WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Truesdell’s Furniture on Route 11 in Watertown will close at the end of October.
Company owners Wayne and Pat Truesdell are planning to retire. Wayne Truesdell says while the furniture store will close, the company’s parts store will remain open, and be operated by his son-in-law.
Truesdell’s Inc. started 45 years ago, when Wayne began repairing and selling mobile homes. The business expanded to a parts store and furniture business.
The family says they thank their customers for their loyalty through the years. Truesdell’s furniture has kicked off a retirement sale that will continue until the store closes this fall.
