Chef Chris Manning's got the perfect thing, a Carolina mustard and marinade mop sauce.
It keeps meat like chicken or pork moist as you cook on the grill or in a skillet.
It also creates a delicious crust.
Here's the recipe:
1 12 oz. Pilsner beer
¼ cup of salad mustard
1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of hot sauce
1 tbsp of steak seasoning
1 tbsp of crushed red pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Use as a marinade. Bone-in products will taste best when marinaded for 48 hours.
