Summer basketball league keeps athletes’ skills sharp
WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Like most high school sports, basketball has become a year-round endeavor.
There's a summer high school baskeball league at Jefferson Community College and the girls take over the court every Tuesday for five games a week.
Organizer Josh Woodward says it's the league's second year and it's held for eight weeks.
You can hear from Woodward in the video, along with Lyme coach Mark Wilson and Immaculate Heart coach Dan Young.
