WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Police say speed and alcohol are factors in a weekend crash involving three vehicles on Coffeen Street in Watertown.
It happened just before midnight Friday.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect’s vehicle came into the city over the I-81 bridge on Coffeen Street at a high rate of speed.
Deputies say it later struck a vehicle that was stopped at a light and continued going until it hit a Yellow Cab head on.
Four of the six people involved were taken to the hospital for treatment, including the suspect.
None of the injuries appeared to be serious.
The investigation is continuing and police say to expect charges.
