2 allegedly pepper apartment building with pellet gun

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Two Watertown men are accused of doing about $3,300 worth of damage by shooting a pellet gun at an apartment building.

Jefferson County sheriff's deputies say 22 year old Kyle Lamica and 18 year old Seth Demiceli allegedly shot up vinyl siding, a basement window, a security light, a door, and an outside light at Cold Creek Apartments on State Route 12 in the town of Watertown.

Deputies say the two lived in the apartment building. The alleged incident happened on August 8.

They were each charged with second- and third-degree criminal mischief. Both charges are felonies.

They were arraigned in Watertown town court on Wednesday. They were jailed on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond each.
