WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - It’s a very versatile dressing that has an Asian-inspired taste.
Chef Chris Manning prepared a Ginger Sesame Dressing that's great for any salad, fish, seafood, pasta, or even chicken breast.
It's simple and easy to put together. And it keeps for two or three weeks in a air-tight container in the fridge.

Ginger Sesame Dressing
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger root
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Mix all ingredients together in a medium-size bowl.
Use as a salad dressing or with cooked pasta or seafood.
