Your Turn: Viewers’ feedback on home invasion, a drug bust, and clergy sex abuse lawsuits

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Arrests have been made in connection with an Ogdensburg home invasion that injured two people.

Nancy Wicks Hooper: "Everyone needs protection in their homes today. This world we live in has become so stupid and dangerous where everyone has to protect their families and their homes. I hate what our country has become."

Crystal Johnson: "I think they should have been also charged with assault with a deadly weapon. They could have killed him with that hammer."

A drug bust at a LeRay Street house in Watertown lands a man in jail without bail. Watertown police say the residence has been the focus of an ongoing drug investigation.

Patrick Compo: "Let's give a hand to the boys in blue. Congratulations on a job well done."

Joe Thomas: "People who produce and sell this crap should be held responsible for overdoses."

Tom Robinson: "No plea deals!"

Sixteen lawsuits are filed against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ogdensburg alleging sexual abuse by priests. Four clergymen are named for the first time.

Debbie Polniak: “WOW! I wish they were alive to receive their punishment.”

Lou Wolfe: “These individuals have no business calling themselves priests. They are predators of innocent children.”
