WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Labor Day Weekend is coming up soon and many people like to plan cookouts to celebrate.
Chef Chris Manning makes us a Maple Chili Lime Marinade to help up spice up the grill.
He says it can also be used as a basting sauce.
He made us ribs that he marinated for 48 hours in a zip-up plastic bag.

Maple Chili Lime Marinade
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
- Zest & juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons salt.
Mix all ingredients together. Use to marinate and baste pork, chicken, and beef.
