WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Part of Watertown's Public Square was closed to traffic Saturday to celebrate cooler temperatures with the Black River Fall Festival.
The event is put on by the Downtown Business Association to highlight local vendors and bring the community together.
Laura Guldin and Traci Jones brought their daughters out to try everything the event had to offer.
They said they enjoyed the food, face painting, watching demonstrations, and balloon animals.
"It's something for the kids and something for the families to come out and do,” Jones added
The event featured more than 20 local food and craft vendors.
