WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Traffic on the temporary bridge over the railroad tracks on Watertown’s Arsenal Street is down to one lane.
State highway crews are setting girders for the new bridge, so there will be one lane of traffic in both directions during work hours.
Traffic -- particularly eastbound traffic -- is being stopped from time to time.
Crews advise motorists to expect long delays during construction. The work is part of an $8.3 million bridge replacement project.
Work should be finished by the end of the week.
