DE KALB JUNCTION, N.Y. (WWNY) - Another St. Lawrence County gun shop has been broken into - this time in De Kalb Junction.
According to sheriff's detectives, two intruders broke down the front door of Graham's Gun Shop at 1:15 a.m. Sunday.
Surveillance video showed the suspects were wearing masks.
Officials declined to say what was stolen during the break-in, but the mother of the store’s owner told 7 News the thieves took guns and ammunition.
The shop's Facebook page said the business is closed for several days due to the burglary.
Detectives said they're following a number of leads and working with state police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Detective Rick Engle said they’re investigating the possibility that the Graham’s Gun Shop burglary is related to the September 14 break-in at Bowman’s Gun Shop in Gouverneur.
State police said several guns and a large amount of ammunition were stolen during that heist.
The suspects were described as wearing all-black clothing and black ski masks.
