WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - A 19 year old Watertown man faces charges after police say he made threatening phone calls to Watertown High School on September 20.
George Bullocks III is charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.
Police said he made phone calls to the school's main office and threatened to cause harm to several employees.
Bullocks was arraigned in city court Monday and released on his own recognizance. He was ordered to stay away from WHS.
He’s due back in court on October 28.
