WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Most of your feedback this week involves an alleged hate crime on a Gouverneur school bus. According to police, two white girls, ages 10 and 11, beat and verbally abused a 10 year old black girl. Police also report the bus monitor witnessed the alleged attack, but did nothing:

Those kids and the bus monitor should be punished as severely as possible.

State police are investigating another incident on a Gouverneur school bus. This time, officials said one student had an electronic shock device and that two students willingly participated in being shocked by it:
