POTSDAM, N.Y. (WWNY) - A Clarkson University graduate has topped a list of superstar millennials working in manufacturing.
Dylan Broomfield just won $2,500, a grand prize in a state contest for his work at LC Drives in Potsdam.
LC Drives builds electric motors that use a cooling technology that allows them to be smaller and lighter.
Tyler Bershad, an engineer at Potsdam Sensors, was also recognized.
The Millennials in Manufacturing contest was organized by Fuzehub, which works to grow high-tech businesses and manufacturing in New York state.
