Former BMX champ to talk about his road back from addiction

Jefferson County Businesses Against Drugs

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Jefferson County Businesses Against Drugs is holding a pair of sessions this week to discourage youths from abusing drugs.

Committee chair John Morgia and District Attorney Kristyna Mills say former BMX champion and recovering addict Tony Hoffman will talk to students about the dangers of drugs.

His talks are Thursday, October 10 in the Watertown High School auditorium

The sessions are from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
