MASSENA, N.Y. (WWNY) - Kerry A. LeGrow, 35, of Brighton Street, passed away Saturday evening, October 5, 2019 at Massena Memorial Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

Kerry was born September 30, 1984 in Massena, the daughter of Delbert LeGrow and Barbara Rushlow. She was a home health aide for many years working privately and with the Massena Independent Living Center. She was also a devoted mother to her daughters, especially following her oldest daughter at her various sporting events especially basketball. She took great pride in helping others and will be fondly remembered as being “the loudest person in the room.”

Kerry is survived by her parents, Delbert and Barbara of Massena; her beloved daughters, Novaleigh and Kensleigh, both at home; her paternal grandmother, Barbara LeGrow; her chosen grandfather, Harlen Murray of Massena; her sister, Kelly LeGrow of Massena; her brother, Delbert “DJ” LeGrow, Jr. and his companion, Mickey Seguin; her nephews, Camdyn and Jacksyn Farmer; his god son, Zaiden French “Gigi’s Boy”; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Alan and Doris Rushlow and her paternal grandfather, Garth LeGrow.

There will be no calling hours. A celebration of life and jamboree will be held at 2:00 PM on October 26, 2019 at the Massena Moose Lodge. Burial will be held privately in Pine Grove Cemetery.
