WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - State police have charged a Colton-Pierrepont Central School student with a felony count of making a terrorist threat.
The 14 year old allegedly made a threat to another student involving sexual orientation while at school.
State police made the arrest on Tuesday.
Troopers said the juvenile was issued a family court appearance ticket returnable to St. Lawrence County Probation.
School Superintendent James Nee said the district is "utilizing the student code of conduct to address the situation in an appropriate manner."
