Highlights & scores: Frontier League soccer playoffs underway

Wednesday morning sports wrap

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - The Frontier League soccer playoffs for both boys and girls got underway Tuesday.

Gabe Horner put Watertown on the board with an assist to Ethan Uliano in a boys' A Division soccer contest against Immaculate Heart. That put the Cyclones on top 1-0.

Riley Connell moved in and scored, expanding Watertown's lead to 2-0.

Horner connected off a throw-in for his second goal of the game.

Watertown went on to beat Immaculate Heart 4-0.

In Northern Athletic Conference boys’ soccer, it was Hammond edging Heuvelton 1-0 and Harrisville downing Hermon-DeKalb 3-0.
