WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - The Anchor Recovery Center of Northern New York is teaming up with ROCovery Fitness of Rochester for a walk this weekend to promote health and wellness, especially for people afflicted by substance abuse.
Lisa Nichols from ROCovery and Wanda Holtz from Anchor were on 7 News This Morning to talk about the "It Takes a Community" Black River Trail Walk.

The walk starts at 11 a.m. on Saturday. October 19 at the Black River Trail’s Watertown trail head.
